We want to build more diverse teams and to create an open inclusive working environment. This begins with a thorough recruitment process.
Nordic diversity program
We have launched the program Move – Change for Diversity. It consists of a lot of different initiatives i.e. management dialogues and training, mentorship program, management trainee (aspirant) programs and internal networking.
Our goals are ambitious
In 2010 PostNord signed UN Global Compact. We want to be a role model when it comes to human rights and equal opportunities. We follow up on several key performance indicators to make sure we are on the right track. You will find some our results in our sustainability report.
