Our wanted culture
Regardless of whether you work as mail carrier, terminal worker, driver, or have an office position, we want to act in a way that moves us and our business forward.
This is how we describe our wanted culture:
|Reliable means that we keep our promises and do our best to make everyday life easier. We aim to inspire confidence in PostNord as a part of society, in our customers and partner agreements, or among colleagues.|
|ABC leadership describes how we act. We are accountable, brave and committed, effectively leading change regardless if we lead ourselves or others.||
We emphasize teamwork, sincerity, and positive relationships in the workplace. We build on our successes and learn from our colleagues and mistakes.
|Sustainable means that we challenge the status quo and we challenge ourselves to find innovative solutions. We always strive for a performance-oriented culture and, when problems occur, we are part of the solution. We aim for sustainability in both the short and long term.|
To help you understand what it's like working for us, we can explain in more detail where we are heading and what the Group looks like:
We aim to be the favorite carrier of the Nordics
PostNord is undergoing a major transformation, thereby aiming to become the favorite carrier of the Nordics. Competition in the parcel market is fierce and changes rapidly.
We are committed to being an important part of Nordic society. We make everyday life easier and more sustainable for everyone who lives and works in the Nordic region. We deliver with care.
Our customer promise is to be present, reliable, and sustainable.
We deliver parcels and letters
PostNord is a leading provider of parcels and logistics services to, from, and within the Nordic region. We ensure the provision of a postal service to households and businesses in Sweden and Denmark, regardless of where they live and work.
We have business operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. The Group also includes Direct Link, which handles our international activities, and PostNord Strålfors, which provides cross-channel communication solutions for customers in the Nordic region.
Most employees in the PostNord Group are production workers, i.e. terminal workers, mail carriers or drivers.
PostNord Group is the parent company. Our head office is in Solna, just outside Stockholm, and it also has a few employees in Copenhagen.
PostNord Group consists of the Group Leadership Team and four Group functions, which are Nordic Strategy & Solutions, Legal & Staff Functions, IT, and Finance. These units are responsible for issues at the Group level relating to strategy, business development, sustainability, legal, brand, communications, HR, quality, security, compliance, IT infrastructure, digital solutions, automation, accounting, and finance.
The market companies in each individual country also have many of these functions and cooperate with PostNord Group regarding such activities.
