Some managers hire on a regular basis. Who hires me? It is our managers that make recruitment decisions. For some of our positions, we obtain help from a recruitment agency; this is stated in the job advertisement in such cases. What information do I receive during the process? We send you an email to confirm that we have received your application. If we want to interview you, we send an invite to you by email. After that, the contact is directly with the recruiting manager, usually on the telephone. It will also be the manager who talks with you about a possible job offer. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to contact us – via the contact person listed in the job advertisement or the Recruitment Center. Do you use tests or consult references? We use tests for some positions. You will be notified of this in advance. The same applies if we want to consult a few references. Can I submit an unsolicited application? We do not save unsolicited applications. You will find a regularly updated list of vacancies on our website.
