PostNord signs SEK 2 billion credit facility agreement

PostNord has signed a five-year revolving credit facility agreement for SEK 2,000m, available in various currencies. The credit facility is intended for general group financial requirements.

The credit facility was arranged by Nordea Bank AB (“Bookrunner”); Danske Bank A/S,Denmark,Sweden branch; and Handelsbanken Capital Markets, SvenskaHandelsbankenAB (”Mandated Lead Arrangers”).

PostNord was formed in 2009 through the merger of Post Danmark A/S and Posten AB. The group offers communication and logistics solutions to, from and within the Nordic region, with sales of approximately SEK 42 billion and over 40,000 employees.
