PostNord has signed an agreement to acquire 30 per cent of the shares in Friends & Tactics AB. This acquisition means that PostNord’s Stralfors business area is broadening its position in the expanding market for personal communication solutions to enhance companies’ customer relations.
Stralfors develops and offers communication solutions to create stronger, more personal customer relations. One of Stralfors’ focus areas is solutions for physical and digital individualised marketing communication. To broaden its customer offering, Stralfors has been working in close collaboration with Friends & Tactics, a Stockholm-based agency specialising in direct and relationship marketing. This collaboration is now being deepened with Stralfors’ acquisition of 30 per cent of the shares in Friends & Tactics.
