Since the fire at PostNord’s IT supplier Evry, PostNord’s focus has been on ensuring that the return to functioning IT operations is handled with the least possible impact on the Group's customers and their business.This night, the national websites postdanmark.dk, posten.se and postnordlogistics.com has been opened.
PostNord mail and logistics services have functioned normally despite the disruption in IT-services. The slight delay in the Swedish mail business has been caught up during the week.
Although websites are up and running, some of the services will be made available after further work on functionality. At the Swedish website posten.se this this concerns services in terms of Skicka direkt, Reklamfixaren, Postservice, eBREV Webb and Postens kundportal. Information on prices and conditions will be updated during the weekend. At the Danish website postdanmark.dk services in terms of Nej Tak and Complaints will be made available after further work on functionality.
The fire at Evry affected several of PostNord’s IT systems. Information has been restored with the help of extensive back up. The work has been complicated due to the dimensions of the systems and the way they depend upon each other.
