Changes to PostNord’s Group Executive Team

Annemarie Gardshol to become new Head of PostNord Sweden
Annemarie Gardshol appointed new Head of PostNord Sweden. Annemarie Gardshol will continue to oversee the transformation work that has been taking place in recent years and to take advantage of the strong growth in e-commerce logistics. In addition, she will focus on improving the company’s quality and image, as well as striving to achieve increased employee involvement. Annemarie Gardshol has worked at the PostNord Group since 2012 and has most recently been CEO of the PostNord Strålfors Group, a position she has held for three years. Prior to that, she was responsible for PostNord’s strategy activities. In 2014, her role was also extended to include PostNord’s activities in the eCommerce and Corporate Clients area. Before joining PostNord, she held various leading roles at Gambro and McKinsey. She has also been a member of the Board of Directors of SCA AB since 2015 and Essity AB since 2017; both these companies are listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.

Anders Holm to take on new Group role
The current Head of PostNord Sweden, Anders Holm, is to become Head of Corporate Clients, International Linehauls and Customs Clearance, as well as PostNord Finland.

Ylva Ekborn takes on the role of CEO of the PostNord Strålfors Group
The new CEO of the PostNord Strålfors Group will be Ylva Ekborn. She has been CEO of PostNord Strålfors Sweden since September 2016. Ylva Ekborn previously worked at Eniro, where she was Head of the Voice business area in the Nordic region and CEO of 118118. Before that, she was at companies such as eBay, Synovate, and McKinsey. Initially, she will also retain her previous position as CEO of PostNord Strålfors Sweden.

Finn Hansen to leave the Group Executive Team
As previously announced, Finn Hansen will retire during the year and is therefore leaving PostNord’s Group Executive Team. Finn Hansen will be responsible for a number of priority initiatives until he leaves the company. Until further notice, the person in PostNord’s Group Executive Team responsible for HR issues will be Jan Starrsjö, the Group’s Head of Strategy and Sales Processes.

Annemarie Gardshol, Ylva Ekborn and Anders Holm will be part of PostNord’s Group Executive Team and will report to President and Group CEO Håkan Ericsson. The number of members of the Group Executive Team will thus remain unchanged.
