Whistleblower system
To maintain integrity across our organization, we encourage reporting of misconduct via our whistleblower system, available in multiple languages. This secure and externally hosted platform (EQS) allows employees, contractors, volunteers, trainees, and others connected to PostNord to report suspicions anonymously.
What to report
The whistleblower function is intended for reporting misconduct of public interest, including:
- Financial crimes such as bribery, fraud, or counterfeiting
- Workplace safety deficiencies
- Environmental regulation breaches or pollution
- Discrimination and harassment
- Violations of our Code of Conduct
It is not intended for personal employment grievances such as disputes over pay or working hours, which should be addressed directly with management or HR.
How to submit a report
- Access the portal: https://postnord.whistleblowernetwork.net
- Follow the instructions to submit a report. You may remain anonymous by creating a username and password to track your case.
- Feedback will be provided through the portal, and cases are processed by PostNord’s Internal Audit and General Counsel teams.
For other complaints or criminal matters outside the whistleblower scope, contact PostNord’s customer services in Sweden or Denmark.
