Distribution Services A/S now part of PostNord
Post Danmark A/S, a part of PostNord, has finalized the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares of Distribution Services A/S. The business will be included in PostNord’s accounts as of January 1, 2013. The company specializes in the packaging and handling of unaddressed mail and has been a Post Danmark subcontractor since 2003.
- The approximately 160 employees are warmly welcome to PostNord. The acquisition is part of Post Danmark’s efforts to adapt its operations and create a more efficient and profitable company. We’re acquiring a well-run company that we’ve worked closely with for many years, and we are now looking forward to connecting our product processing more closely with our other operations, says Henning Christensen, head of business area Breve Danmark within PostNord.
