PostNord refinances Credit Facility of SEK 2 billion

PostNord AB has signed a SEK 2 billion three-year Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility for general corporate purposes.The Facility was provided in equal shares by Danske Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken and SEB as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners.

Danske Bank acted as Coordinator, Documentation Agent and Facility Agent for this transaction.
