Change in PostNord’s Board of Directors

As a result of new duties within the Ministry of Finance in Sweden, Director Jonas Iversen has resigned as a member of the board of PostNord AB (publ). For the period until PostNord's Annual General Meeting on April 23, the Swedish Ministry of Finance has proposed Patrik Jönsson, Deputy Director at the Ministry of Finance, to be co-opted to PostNord’s Board of Directors.
