The parcel is primarily delivered to the mailbox. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to the recipient’s door or placed in a bag outside the mailbox. For deliveries at the door or in a bag, PostNord may take a photo for quality assurance purposes.
If delivery is not possible, the recipient will be notified and the parcel can be collected from a service point.
