Safe workplaces

Everyone at PostNord’s workplaces should be, and feel, safe and secure. We strive for a safety culture where everyone plays a part in minimizing the number of workplace accidents and injuries.

Targets

PostNord's impact defines the scope of our commitment. Our goals and initiatives encompass our own employees, contracted staff, drivers driving on behalf of PostNord and employees of other suppliers. Instead of using a common benchmark for the lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR), each country of operation sets its own targets. These depend on the nature of local operations, each country’s current situation, and realistic ambitions.

Performance

Our lost time injury frequency rate varies, partly because of the different nature of PostNord’s operations. In 2022, the LTIFR ranged from 0 to 7.27.

What we do

PostNord’s preventative and systematic efforts to make our workplaces even safer and better for all are managed by each country of operation.
