What do we do?
- As we are part of the logistics industry that has historically attracted more men than women, it is important for us to strive for both men and women among our final candidates when we recruit.
- We conduct continuous dialogues regarding Diversity and Inclusion - including in our management and talent programs, which is an important part of our joint sustainability work.
- Our yearly employee survey is the basis for our work to create an engaging workplace where employees thrive and have the opportunity to contribute.
Goal & results
Goal: 40/60 gender balance in managerial positions.
We have followed our ambition to increase the number of women in management positions and see that we are making progress in terms of having a better gender balance at all levels of leadership in the organization.
