System Developer, Consumer Solutions at Digital
The System Developer in the Customer Solutions team is a key role at the unit Digital since, we see ourselves as digital specialists, regardless of specific skills and expertise we need people that are committed to delivering the best possible digital experience. A software developer is therefore a very important role since it’s a fundamental skill that a development team needs have in order to succeed.
Why did you choose to take the job as a System Developer? What is best about your role as System Developer?
Having worked in other roles within PostNord, taking on this role felt natural and exciting. Developing and improving technical solutions that impact the daily life of people is a great motivation.
Can you describe how a normal work week looks like in your role as Systems Developer?
Together we research, design, build, test, deploy and monitor systems. In my team we have weekly agile ceremonies like demos and retrospectives – where we share what has been accomplished and discuss how we can improve and prioritize. There are daily meetings for syncing our progress, and at times we meet our stakeholders.
