The popularity is driven by their convenient locations near home, minimal queues, and longer access hours compared to service points – offering con-sumers greater flexibility and convenience.

Danish consumers are generally willing to pay for deliveries, but they are selective about which types they find worth the cost. In general, they show a stronger preference towards paying for convenience-based options over other alternatives.
