Does it cost anything to use the business portal?
No. There are no sign-up fees or overhead costs for Nordic business customers. You pay only for the shipments you send and any additional services you choose to use.
Can I connect my online store to the business portal?
Yes. The portal supports e-commerce shipping through plugins for Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as a shipping API and delivery API for custom transport management integration.
Can businesses based outside the Nordics use the business portal?
Yes. This isn't only for Nordic companies shipping abroad; it also covers businesses based outside the Nordics whose customers are here, such as an international online retailer exporting into the region. They get the same reporting suite, including environmental reporting and quality-of-delivery data.
Nordic businesses complete self-service onboarding directly in the portal; businesses based outside the Nordics are set up by our business team first.
The invoicing summary report within the portal isn't available off the shelf for outside-Nordics accounts.

If you're based in the Nordics, you can get started with self-service onboarding directly in the portal, no need to wait on a callback.
If you're based outside the Nordics, fill in the contact form and a member of our business team will walk you through available services, pricing and integration options for shipping to your customers in the Nordics.
Is there a direct marketing service in the business portal?
Yes. Create Mail-outs lets you turn a print-ready PDF into physical direct marketing; sent as letters, postcards or flyers, either to a predefined mailing list or as unaddressed advertising to a targeted audience of Swedish consumers.
You can filter by geography, purchase power, housing type, sex, age and household type to reach new customers, then choose your delivery day and upload your PDF. Pricing is calculated automatically inside the tool, and paying by invoice requires a business account in the portal.
This is a Sweden-focused service, the mail-outs are delivered to addresses within Sweden but it isn't limited to businesses based in Sweden. Any business wanting to reach Swedish consumers, wherever they're based, can use it to run a mail-out campaign.
